It can be used as a thickener or a stabilizer and reheology control agent for food, pharmaceutical, toothpaste, especially at cosmetic and oil drilling applications widely.Oil Drillig & Exploitation Grade Xanthan Gum is specially produced as mud additive for oil drilling and expoitation.Being an ecvironment friendly and high efficiency mud additive, Oil Drillig & Exploitation Grade Xanthan Gum has an excellent tolerance to the changes of temperature,acid,alkaline and salt.Meanwhile, it can extremely increase the products penetrating ability and suspending performance to small solid materials, and reduce the pressure loss during drilling.This xanthan gum can not only fasten the well bore, but decrease the damage to oil formation. Application: 1. Xanthan Gum (XC Polymer) is a low-solid, cost-effective viscosifier, being widely used in oil drilling fluid, completion fluid and work-over fluid. It increases viscosity in all water based system fluid.2.Xanthan Gum can keep drilling fluids have viscosity constantly, from below freezing to 270°F (130°C) in static bottom hole temperature, and in a PH range from 5 to 8. It is non-toxic as well as biodegradable.3.Xanthan Gum has excellent shear-thinning characteristic. It not only increases penetration rates in high shearing speed, but also provides excellent suspending action for optimum hole cleaning in low shearing speed while viscosity is regained.
